Salmon flower brioche: a spectacular idea with a few ingredients!

The perfect idea for a tasty dinner, quick and very simple.  With a few ingredients, you’ll be able to prepare a really delicious savory pie!

INGREDIENTS
One pizza dough
500 salmon fillets
80 gr creme fraiche
150 gr mozzarella cheese
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
10 g lemon peel
1 pinch parsley
 
METHOD
  1. Prepare almost pasta and salmon fillets, finely chopped into slices. Roll the dough into a circle, arrange the fillets, then coat the edges of the dough with water to make it easier to blend with the other side of the dough. Cut the dough and fillets and roll them to get the sunflower effect.
  2. Prepare the cream for cooking, add salt and pepper. Pour the cream into the inside of the circle and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
  3. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
  4. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
