Spinach stuffed Chicken pockets: a perfect dinner recipe ready in no-time!

For an easy, upscale chicken dish, you'll love these spinach-stuffed chicken breasts!
INGREDIENTS

3 chicken fillet
3 egg yolk
Spinach
150g ricotta
Hard cheese
Salt
Pepper
Oil
METHOD
- Make an incision in the middle of each chicken breast. Put baking paper in the middle and fry the breasts on both sides in a pan.
- Prepare the filling and stuff the breasts. Insert toothpicks. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 °C / 350 °F.
- Remove the toothpicks from the breasts. Sprinkle with cheese and put the yolk in each brisket. Bake for 5 minutes at 180 °C / 350 °F.
