Sweet squares: delicious and without cooking!

Easy and delicious, this dessert is perfect for any occasion!
INGREDIENTS
35 g (4 tbsp) flour;
20 g (3 tbsp) cornstarch;
2 egg yolks;
2 g (1 ½ tsp) sugar;
1l (4 cups) milk;
30 g (2 tbsp) butter;
5ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract;
240 ml (1 cup) full-fat cream;
100 g (⅔ cup) dark chocolate, chopped;
240 ml (1 cup) chocolate ganache;
120 ml (½ cup) coffee;
120 ml (½ cup) milk;
ladyfingers.

30 g (2 tbsp) butter;
5ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract;
240 ml (1 cup) full-fat cream;
100 g (⅔ cup) dark chocolate, chopped;
240 ml (1 cup) chocolate ganache;
120 ml (½ cup) coffee;
120 ml (½ cup) milk;
ladyfingers.
METHOD
- Whisk flour with cornstarch and sugar. Pour milk in and whisk until smooth.
- Add 2 egg yolks, and cook the cream until very thick (around 10 minutes).
- Mix with butter and vanilla.
- Divide the cream into 2 and mix one half with chopped chocolate. Set the cream aside to cool down.
- Whip 1 cup of cream.
- Mix both types of cream until smooth, then incorporate whipped cream in.
- Whisk coffee and milk. Dip ladyfingers into the mixture and layer them into the baking pan just to cover.
- Spread chocolate cream on top, add more soaked ladyfingers, then a layer of vanilla cream and cover with chocolate ganache.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving.
