Chocolate mousse cake: delicious and without cooking!

Easy, quick and delicious! This is the perfect dessert to surprise your family!
INGREDIENTS
For the biscuit:
200g (2 cups) biscuits
60g (0.8 cup) hazelnuts
120g (1.8 cup) butter
For the cream:
10g of gelatine + water
150 g of dark chocolate
500g (2.2 cups) cream cheese
100g (0.8 cup) powdered sugar
500ml (2 cups) fresh cream
Hazelnut cream and chopped hazelnuts
METHOD
- Prepare a biscuit from crumbled biscuits, ground hazelnuts and melted butter. Combine all ingredients and pour into a 22 cm mold.
- Stir in the gelatine and set aside. Prepare a white cream from the heated whipped cream, into which you pour the gelatine and stir until it melts, then whisk the cream until it becomes frothy and thick, add the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Pour the white cream over the biscuits, spread unevenly and put the juice in the fridge and prepare a thin cream.
- For dark cream, repeat the process. Pour the gelatine into the heated whipped cream and mix until it melts, then whisk the cream until it becomes frothy and thick, add the cream cheese and powdered sugar and at the very end the melted chocolate. Pour the dark cream over the white and leave it in the fridge for a few hours to cool.
- Sprinkle the surface of the cake with melted hazelnut cream and pieces of hazelnuts.
