Chocolate salame cake: the classic dessert without cooking, fast and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
650g (6 cups) of biscuits
140g (⅔ cup) of sugar
270ml (1 cup) of milk
10g (1 tbsp) of vanilla sugar
170g (⅔ cup) of butter
80g (½ cup) of cocoa powder
120g (½ cup) of chocolate
180ml (⅔ cup) of full-fat cream
170g (1 cup) of roasted peanuts
METHOD
1. Crumble 500g of biscuits in a large bowl.
2. In a medium saucepan whisk cocoa, sugar, and vanilla sugar with milk. Place over medium-low heat and cook until it reaches the boiling point. Remove from heat and whisk in some cold butter. Set aside for 10 minutes.
3. Mix crushed biscuits with peanuts and pour the chocolate sauce in. Mix well.
4. Layer the bottom of a square 20x20 cm pan with leftover 100 g of biscuits. Spread the chocolate and cookie mix on top evenly. Freeze for 15 minutes.
5. Pour boiling cream on top of the chocolate, then whisk until smooth ganache forms. Spread the ganache on top of the cake evenly. Top with some peanuts and chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
