Banana cake in a pan: a delicious cake without oven!

Pour the chocolate batter over the bananas and cook it in a pan! The result is moist and just perfect!

INGREDIENTS

3 eggs

1 glass of sugar

1 glass of Milk

1\3 cup oil

2 cups flour

2 tbsp of cocoa

1 packet of baking powder

3 bananas

2 tablespoons of sugar

For the chocolate sauce:

3 cups milk

3 tablespoons of cornstarch

1 tablespoon of cocoa

1 cup of sugar

1 tablespoon butter

1\2 cup of chocolate

METHOD

In a bowl mix eggs with sugar, oil, milk, flour, cocoa and baking powder.
Sprinkle sugar onto the pan, add banana pieces on top, pour dough mixture. Transfer onto the low heat, cook about 30-40 min.
Flip the cake onto the plate.
In the pan add milk, cornstarch, cocoa, cook until thickness, add in butter and chocolate, pour over the cake.
