Easy Banana Bread in a pan: how to make it fluffy without the oven!

Easy and delicious, everyone will love it!
INGREDIENTS
3 bananas
⅔ cup light brown sugar
2 eggs
4 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour (all purpose)
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
Chocolate chips
170g cream cheese
1 egg
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp flour
A pinch of salt
¼ cups melted chocolate
METHOD
- Stir the bananas in a bowl.
- Add sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla, whisk together.
- Add flour, baking soda, salt and mix. Add chocolate chips. Put the dough into the mold.
- Beat cream cheese, egg, sugar, flour and salt in a mixer.
- Top up the cheesecake dough, add more chips and flatten with a knife.
- Bake for about 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
- Pour over melted chocolate.
