Easy Banana Bread in a pan: how to make it fluffy without the oven!

Easy and delicious, everyone will love it! 
 
INGREDIENTS
3 bananas
⅔ cup light brown sugar
2 eggs
4 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour (all purpose)
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
Chocolate chips
 
170g cream cheese
1 egg
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp flour
A pinch of salt
¼ cups melted chocolate
 
METHOD
  1. Stir the bananas in a bowl.
  2. Add sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla, whisk together.
  3. Add flour, baking soda, salt and mix. Add chocolate chips. Put the dough into the mold.
  4. Beat cream cheese, egg, sugar, flour and salt in a mixer.
  5. Top up the cheesecake dough, add more chips and flatten with a knife.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
  7. Pour over melted chocolate.
