How to make mini pizzas in a pan without oven!

They are addictive and you won't be able to stop at one!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
150 ml of warm milk
10g dry yeast
1/2 tbsp sugar
20ml vegetable oil
White wheat flour 300g
Salt
Oregano
Tomato sauce
Edam cheese
Black olives
Oil
METHOD
- Knead the pizza dough. Add the yeast and sugar to the warm milk, add the oil, then gradually add the flour.
- Cover the dough and let stand for 30 minutes.
- Pull out the tie rod and cut out circles with a glass. Bake the dough on the pan, then coat with the tomato sauce, add the cheese and black olives. Cover with a lid to melt the cheese.
