How to make mini pizzas in a pan without oven!

They are addictive and you won't be able to stop at one!


INGREDIENTS
150 ml of warm milk
10g dry yeast 
1/2 tbsp sugar
20ml vegetable oil
White wheat flour 300g
Salt
Oregano
Tomato sauce
Edam cheese
Black olives
Oil
 
METHOD
  1. Knead the pizza dough. Add the yeast and sugar to the warm milk, add the oil, then gradually add the flour.
  2. Cover the dough and let stand for 30 minutes.
  3. Pull out the tie rod and cut out circles with a glass. Bake the dough on the pan, then coat with the tomato sauce, add the cheese and black olives. Cover with a lid to melt the cheese.
