Pizza without the oven

Ingredients
3 tbsp OIL
4 cloves of GARLIC (chopped)
250g BONELESS CHICKEN
1 tsp SALT
1 tsp RED CHILLI POWDER
½ tsp RED CHILLY FLAKES
Dough
½ kg FLOUR
2 tbsp POWDERED MILK
1 tbsp DRY YEAST
1 tbsp OIL
1 tsp ICING SUGAR
½ tsp SALT
1 cup WARM WATER
Topping
TOMATO SAUCE
MOZZARELLA CHEESE
OLIVES
OREGANO
Method
Make the dough by combining all ingredients and let it sit for at least two hours.
In a pan heat the oil and add garlic. When it gets golden add the chicken and spices and some water to cover the chicken. When water evaporates chicken is ready.
Take third of the dough and make a circle.
Fry the dough in a pan and than top it with tomato sauce, chicken, cheese, olives and oregano.
Put the coverlid on the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
Enjoy!
