Pour the batter over the bananas to make a delicious cake without the oven

INGREDIENTS
1 egg
70g (1/4 cup) of sugar
140ml (1/2 cup) of milk
Vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
160g (1 1/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
8g (1/2 tbsp) of baking powder
60ml (1/4 cup) of vegetable oil
2 bananas
15g of butter
Sugar
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the egg and sugar and mix until sugar dissolves. Add the milk, vanilla extract, salt and continue with mixing. Sift the flour and baking powder add the vegetable oil and mix to obtain no lumps mixture.
2. Cut the bananas in half lengthwise and set them aside.
3. In a pan add the butter and sprinkle with sugar. Arrange the bananas and pour the mixture over them. Cover with a lid and cook for 25 minutes.
4. After time has elapsed remove the lid and turn the cake with the help of the plate. Cook for 5 more minutes.
5. Serve the cake on a plate and enjoy.
