Banana peels cake: the original recipe for a unique dessert!

Pour the eggs over the banana peels: here's a delicious way to reuse them!

INGREDIENTS
 3 bananas, peeled, chopped;
 3 eggs;
 1 cup (200 g) sugar;
 1 cup (240 ml) vegetable oil;
 a pinch of salt;
 2 cups (280 g) all-purpose flour;
 1 tbsp (15 g) baking powder.
 
METHOD
  1.  Puree banana peels with eggs, sugar and oil.
  2.  Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
  3.  Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth batter forms.
  4.  Mix in chopped bananas and pour into a bundt cake pan.
  5.  Bake at 180C/350F for 40 minutes.
