Yogurt sweet buns: perfect for a delicious snack!

INGREDIENTS
1 egg
60ml (0.25 cup) yogurt
250ml (1 cup) water
70ml (0.3 cup) oil
70g (0.35 cup) granulated sugar
16g baking powder
7g dry yeast
8g vanilla sugar
600g (4.8 cups) flour (all purpose)
Salt
Custard
Apple
Almond flakes
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 2 hours. Divide the dough into portions and use a glass to form focaccia. Put the custard, apple slices, almonds in the middle of each focaccia.
- Brush the edges of the focaccia with an egg. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
- Brush with apricot jam.
