Yogurt buns: how to make a moist and delicious dough!

INGREDIENTS
Dough:
400ml (2 cups) Yogurt
1 Egg white
100g (1/2 cup) melted butter
15g (1 tbsp) Sugar
10g (2 tsp) Dry yeast
4g (1 tsp) Salt
800g (6 cups) Flour
15ml (1 tbsp) Oil
Filling:
100g (1/2 cup) Curd cheese
50g (1/4 cup) Cheese
Parsley
Coating:
100g (1/2 cup) Melted butter
1 Egg yolk
METHOD
- For the dough: In a bowl pour yogurt, add egg white, melted butter, sugar, dry yeast and salt. Mix it well and add flour. Mix and then knead the dough. Pour some oil and continue kneading. Leave it covered for 30 minutes.
- For coating: In a melted butter add the egg yolk and mix.
- Spread the dough, put on the coating and roll it on a rolling pin. cut it and put more coating on it. Fold it several times and cover for 30 minutes.
- For filling:
- In a bowl put the curd cheese, cheese and chopped parsley. Mix it and save for later.
- Cut the dough into 2 pieces. Spread each piece and cut it into circles. Put the filling on each circle and fold it. Spread the coating on them, make cuts on the top and bake at 180C for 25 minutes. Serve.
