Cinnamon twisted buns: perfect for a sweet snack!

It's a lot easier than it looks!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
250 ml Milk
1 whole Egg and 1 Egg white
50 gr Butter
500 gr Plain flour
1 tbsp Yeast
1 tsp Baking powder
For the fillings:
250 gr Tahini paste
150 gr Brown sugar
Egg wash the top: 1 Egg Yolk 1 tbsp Milk
METHOD
- Milk and eggs, 2 egg whites and 1 egg yolk stir and add butter. Then combine the flour with baking powder and yeast, add a liquid mixture and mix.
- When you get a fine paste sprinkled with oil, cover and let stand until doubled. Roll out the dough and coat with the filling, Tahini paste and brown sugar.
- Fold the dough, roll it out and cut it. Then merge two cut pieces and roll.
- Bake at 180 degrees, 25 minutes.
