Quick chocolate filled fritters: ready in just 10 minutes!

Fried or baked, this recipe allows you to prepare tasty chocolate filled fritters in no time. No yeast, no waiting for the dough to rise, just use baking powder.
INGREDIENTS
120ml milk
1 egg
2 tsp vegetable oil
2 tsp sugar
300g flour
10g baking powder

hazelnut spread, as needed
DIRECTIONS
1. Let the sugar and baking powder dissolve in the milk (at room temperature).
2. Add the egg, oil, and flour. Mix until the dough has formed.
3. Roll the dough out and cut out some circles.
4. Fill them with the hazelnut spread and close them.
5. Fry them in hot oil, then cover them in sugar.
