Sugar flakes: how to make it with bread dough!

INGREDIENTS
1 portion yeast dough
1 portion yeast dough
1/2 cup vanilla butter cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup sugar
METHOD
Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll each part into circle. Spread the butter cream and sprinkle with sugar on the one circle and cover with another dough circle.
Cut into 8 parts, make a cut in the middle of each part and turn out the dough.
On the baking sheet, lined with parchment paper, form the snow flake and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 180°C/350°F for 25-30 minutes.
