Candy cane cookies: cookies for a very special breakfast!

Ingredients:500g flour
200g butter
200g powdered sugar
2 eggs
a pinch of salt
Preparation:
Divide the dough into two parts. Add some cocoa powder to one half to make the chocolate shortbread. Take some dough from each half and roll it into a rope. Twist the two ropes together. You can shape them into anything you like, we made them in the shape of candy canes. Let them chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes before baking them at 190°C for 15 minutes.
