No bake cookies: perfect for a special party!

These are easy no-bake cookies made with no eggs and they can be ready in under 30 minutes!

INGREDIENTS

100g (2 tbsp) butter

450g (3 cups) flour

125ml (1/2 cup) vegetable oil

10g (1 1/2 tsp) vanilla sugar

130g (1 cup) powdered sugar

60g (1/2 cup) hazelnuts

Melted chocolate

METHOD

Melt the butter and combine it with the oil.
In a pan add the flour and bake for a couple of minutes.
Add the butter mixture and whisk, then add the vanilla sugar, powdered sugar and whisk again until well combined. Add hazelnuts at the end.
Flatten the mixture with glass and let it cool in a fridge for 3 hours.
Cover the cookies with melted chocolate.
