Mushroom cakes: a delicious breakfast idea to try!

Start your day off right with this quick and easy healthy breakfast recipe that'll give you energy all day!
INGREDIENTS

Flour 175 gr
Butter 75 gr
Water 4 tbsp.
Onion 1 pc.
Breast (bacon) 75 gr
Champignon mushrooms 250 gr
Salt and pepper to taste
Cream 70 ml
Yolk - 1 pc.
Eggs 4 pcs.
METHOD
- First, you need to make a shortcrust pastry. To do this, grind flour with frozen butter with your hands or a blender. Add ice water and knead the dough. Leave it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- For the filling, fry the onions, add the bacon and mushrooms, fry until cooked. Salt, pepper, add cream and mix. Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll the circles. Layout the filling on each circle, slightly departing from the edges. Wrap the edges of the biscuit, grease with yolk and bake it for 15 minutes at 180 ° C. Drive one egg into each biscuit and bake for another 12 minutes.
