Apple bread patties: perfect for breakfast!

Ready in a few minutes in a pan, this will be delicious!

INGREDIENTS

• 500g / 3 cups flour

• 5g dry yeast

• 8g sugar

• 1 egg

• 220ml / 7.7 oz hot water

• 10g butter

• 50ml/1.7oz water

• 2 apples

• 50g/1/3 cup brown sugar

METHOD

Combine flour, sugar and dry yeast. Then add the egg, melted butter and water.
Knead the dough. Let rise.
Meanwhile, chop the apples and soften them in a sugar pan.
Cut the dough into portions, form discs. Fill with the filling. Let rise for 20 minutes, and then cook them in a pan with a little oil.
