Hot dog and olive shish kebabs: a great snack idea!

They are great both hot and cold. A great snack to share with friends!

INGREDIENTS
puff pastry
hot dogs
pitted green olives
egg yolk

DIRECTIONS
Slice the puff pastry into one and a half centimeter wide strips. Wrap each strip around a wooden skewer and alternate a piece of hot dog and an olive with it. Brush with egg wash and bake at 190° for 20 minutes.
