Fried poached egg: they are too delicious not to try them!

They are crispy on the outside and have perfectly runny yolks inside!

INGREDIENTS
5 eggs (the number is up to you)
Some flour
Vinegar 1 tsp
1 egg
Some bread crumbs
Salt 1 tsp + 1 tsp
50 g butter
 
METHOD
  1. Add vinegar to the boiling water. Wash eggs thoroughly in boiling water for 10 seconds without breaking. then add some salt to the boiling water and stir well this mixing process is very important for the eggs to take shape, so mix it quickly to one side and break an egg in the water for 3 minutes.
  2. Dip the eggs into the flour, then mixed egg with salt and breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry for 2 minutes on each side.
