Egg stuffed buns: easy to make and too tasty to not try them!

You can get just about any filling in them, simply delicious!

INGREDIENTS
- 12-package dinner rolls
- 5 big eggs
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 5-7 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 4 tbsp milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh parsley chopped
 
METHOD
In a bowl mix well eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Chop all additional ingredients like pepper parsley and bacon. In a prepared baking pan put dinner rolls. Cut out a large circle from the top of each dinner roll. Press the cutout into the roll to create a hole. Add shredded mozzarella, bell pepper and bacon to the hole. Add egg mixture to the top of each bunn with a spoon and sprinkle with a parsley.
Bake at 350 ' F ( 190 ' C ) 25 minutes
