Colorful pudding: the dessert to serve on any occasion!

Perfect breakfast, snack or dessert.
INGREDIENTS

White cream:
400ml (1 3/4 cup) Milk
400ml (1 3/4 cup) Milk
100g (1/2 cup) Sugar
20g (2 tbsp) Flour
10g (1 1/2 tbsp) cornstarch
8g vanilla sugar
20g (1 tbsp + 1 tsp) butter
Dark cream:
400ml (1 3/4 cup) Milk
20g (2 tbsp) Flour
10g (1 1/2 tbsp) cornstarch
7g (1 tbsp) cocoa powder
20g (1 tbsp + 1 tsp) butter
For decoration:
Coconut flour
Coconut flour
METHOD
- In a bowl add the milk, sugar, flour, corn starch, vanilla sugar and mix all together.
- In another bowl add the milk, flour, corn starch, cocoa and mix all together.
- Transfer the mixtures to the separate pots and stir until the mixture is thick. Add the butter to the white and dark cream.
- Transfer the white cream to the cups creating the layers of the white-dark-white-dark-white layers.
- Cover the cups with the foil and leave them in the fridge for 60 minutes.
- Remove the pudding from the cups and cover them with coconut flour.
