Chocolate and strawberry roll: it's amazing what you can do with pluriball!

So simple and beautiful, pour the chocolate over the pluriball to make the perfect cake decoration!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Milk chocolate, melted
125g sugar
4 eggs
125g flour
100g icing sugar
200g heavy cream
1 cup Strawberry
METHOD
- Beat eggs with sugar into thick foam
- Add flour and stir with the spatula.
- Pour the dough in a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C / 350°F
- Beat cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Cover pluriball with melted chocolate and put the cooled cake on it
- Add the cream, strawberries and roll
- Cool for 2-3 hours.
