Chocolate and strawberry roll: it's amazing what you can do with pluriball!

So simple and beautiful, pour the chocolate over the pluriball to make the perfect cake decoration!

INGREDIENTS
 
 1 cup Milk chocolate, melted
 125g sugar
 4 eggs
 125g flour
 100g icing sugar
 200g heavy cream
 1 cup Strawberry
 
METHOD
  1. Beat eggs with sugar into thick foam
  2. Add flour and stir with the spatula.
  3. Pour the dough in a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C / 350°F
  5. Beat cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  6. Cover pluriball with melted chocolate and put the cooled cake on it
  7. Add the cream, strawberries and roll
  8. Cool for 2-3 hours.
