Chicken skewers: the whole family will love this recipe!

A dish ready in no-time!

INGREDIENTS
350g chicken breast
75ml (2/6 cup) olive oil
150ml (1/2 cup) lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
2 tsp brown sugar
 
2 eggs
Breadcrumbs
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the chicken breast into strips. Prepare the marinade. Marinate chicken and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. String the chicken strips onto skewers. Pour in the egg, roll in breadcrumbs and deep-fry.
