Fantasy calzone: a unique idea to try right now!

INGREDIENTS

180ml (0.76 cup) warm water
6g (1 1/2 tsp) yeast
250g (2 cups) flour for all purposes
10g (1 tbsp) of sugar
5g (1 tsp) salt
15ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
50ml (0.2 cup) tomato sauce
2g (2 tsp) oregano
400g (1.7 cup) Edam cheese
100g (1 cup) pepperoni
100g (0.5 cup) ham
For decoration:
Radish
Dill
Cucumber
Cherry tomatoes
Red, green and yellow bell peppers
Rosemary
1 egg yolk + 5 ml of milk for coating
METHOD
- Pour yeast and sugar into warm water, mix flour and salt, then add to the mixture and knead everything into a fine dough. Oil a glass dish and put the dough, cover it with plastic wrap and leave for 1 hour to rise.
- Roll out the dough, coat with gas and with a mixture of tomato sauce and oregano. Arrange the pepperoni and heme, add the edam and fold the calzone.
- Make decorations as in the video, then coat the dough with egg yolk and milk. Bake at 220 degrees, 15-17 degrees.
