Upside down banana cake: a unique dessert to try right now!

This cake is just glorious. If you are a fan of bananas, you will absolutely love it!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
• Bananas
Caramel:
• 2 cups sugar
• ½ cup water
Cake dough:
• 3 eggs
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup milk
• 1 tbsp baking powder
METHOD
- Layout the bottom of the mold with bananas. Cook the caramel and pour it on the bananas. Cook the dough. Let rest for 30 minutes.
- Pour the dough onto bananas and bake for 35 minutes at 180C / 350F.
