Upside down banana cake: a unique dessert to try right now!

 This cake is just glorious. If you are a fan of bananas, you will absolutely love it! 

INGREDIENTS
  • Bananas
 
Caramel:
  • 2 cups sugar
  • ½ cup water
 
  Cake dough:
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
 
METHOD
  1.   Layout the bottom of the mold with bananas. Cook the caramel and pour it on the bananas. Cook the dough. Let rest for 30 minutes.
  2.   Pour the dough onto bananas and bake for 35 minutes at 180C / 350F.
