Upside down banana cake: it takes one bowl and only 1 hour to make!

This cake is just glorious. If you are a fan of bananas, you will absolutely LOVE it.
 
INGREDIENTS
• 200g Sugar
• 50g Water
• 15g butter
• 6-7 Bananas
• 4 Egg Yolks
• 50g water
• 50g Milk
• 60g vegetable oil
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 80g flour
• 10g corn starch
• 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• a pinch of salt
• 4 egg white
• 105g sugar powder
• 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
 
METHOD
  1. Melt the sugar with water, boil the golden caramel and add butter
  2. Pour into the bottom of the form, add bananas
  3. Mix in a bowl water, milk and vegetable oil.
  4. Add flour, starch, baking powder and salt, mix
  5. Add yolks and vanilla
  6. In a separate bowl, beat the whites with powdered sugar and cream of tartar.
  7. Add egg whites to the yolks and pour on bananas.
  8. Bake 160°С/320°F 40-50 minutes
  9. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
