Bicolor pie: a delicious dessert ready in no-time!

This is such a unique idea! 

INGREDIENTS
560g (4.5 cups) flour (all purpose)
3 eggs
3 tbsp starch
1 tbsp cocoa
10g vanilla sugar
10g baking powder
220ml (1 cup) oil
200g (1 cup) sugar
 
Hazelnut cream
Coconut crumb
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all ingredients except cocoa. Knead the dough.
  2. Divide the dough into 2 pieces. Add cocoa to one of the parts. Knead.
  3. Roll out the dough into strips and place them on a baking sheet, alternating colors.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
  5. Cut into squares. Decorate each square with hazelnut cream and coconut chips.
