Ladyfingers cake: creamy and easy to prepare!

INGREDIENTS
1l (4 cups) milk
300g ladyfingers
180g (1 1/2 cups) cornstarch
5 eggs
230g (1 1/8 cups) sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
230g cream cheese
Powdered sugar for decoration

METHOD
- In the pan mix together milk with eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and cornstarch. Cook on low heat until thickness, add in cream cheese.
- Put the first layer of sponge fingers into the form, cover with prepared cream, and top with the second layer of sponge fingers.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or more.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
