Creamy pie with ladyfingers: everyone will love this dessert!

Every bite will melt in your mouth!

INGREDIENTS
1 egg;
120 g (⅝ cup) sugar;
100 g (½ cup) butter, melted;
270 g (2 1/6 cups) all-purpose flour;
a pinch of salt;
500ml (2 cups) milk;
3 eggs;
vanilla essence;
130g (3/5 cup) sugar;
Ladyfinger cookies;
80 g (½ cup) chopped chocolate.
 
METHOD
  1.  Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
  2.  Whisk eggs with sugar, add melted butter and a pinch of salt.
  3.  Combine wet ingredients with flour until dough forms. Set the dough aside for 30 minutes.
  4.  Whisk 3 eggs with vanilla, milk and sugar until sugar dissolves.
  5.  Add chopped chocolate into the egg mixture.
  6.  Roll out chilled dough and spread it evenly to cover the baking pan. Place ladyfinger cookies to fill up the pan, then pour milk and egg mixture over.
  7.  Bake the pie for 55 minutes, then leave to cool down completely. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
