Ladyfinger roll: the delicious no-bake dessert that everyone will love

INGREDIENTS
50ml (1/4 cup) of espresso coffee
100ml (1/2 cup) of milk
Ladyfingers
250g (1 cup) of mascarpone
100g (3/4 cup) of powdered sugar
4 pasteurized egg yolks
Espresso coffee
100g of whipped cream
Chocolate chips
Cocoa powder
METHOD
- Prepare the mixture for soaking the ladyfingers by mixing the espresso coffee and milk.
- Soak each ladyfinger in the mixture and place them in two rows onto cling wrap. Cover them with another sheet of cling wrap and freeze for 2 hours.
- In the meantime, prepare the cream by mixing the mascarpone cheese with powdered sugar, egg yolks, espresso coffee, and whipped cream.
- After time has elapsed take the ladyfingers out of the freezer and spread the cream and chocolate chips over them.
- Roll everything up very slowly and carefully. Decorate with cocoa powder.
