Put the ladyfingers in the blender and add coffee. you’ll love this dessert!
INGREDIENTS
300g ladyfingers
one cup espresso coffee
60g powdered sugar
220g mascarpone cheese

hazelnut spread, as needed
DIRECTIONS
1. Blend the ladyfingers, add the coffee, powdered sugar, and mascarpone cheese to make a dough.
2. Spread the dough onto a sheet of parchment paper and spread the hazelnut cream over it.
3. Carefully roll it up and refrigerate for one hour.
4. Dust with some cocoa powder, then microwave the roll for 10 seconds.
5. Enjoy!
