Ladyfingers house: the beautiful idea for Christmas!

INGREDIENTS
2 egg whites
Lemon (juice)
440g (4 cups) of powdered sugar
350g (40 pieces) of ladyfingers

METHOD
1. Add the egg whites and lemon juice to a bowl and start beating them with an electric mixer. Add the icing sugar little by little, continuing to beat with the mixer, to avoid the formation of lumps.
2. Now proceed to make the little house by combining the ladyfingers with royal icing. Form the two towers from 5 ladyfingers which will make up the walls. Transfer to the fridge for 20 minutes.
3. Make up the other two towers of 8 ladyfingers each for the front and back of the house. Transfer to the fridge for 20 minutes.
4. Prepare the roof by joining 6 ladyfingers sideways. Repeat the operation for the other part of the roof and let it rest in the fridge for 20 minutes.
5. From the second tower of 8 ladyfingers cut out the door and cut a triangle for the roof. Take the towers of 8 ladyfingers and cut a triangle that takes the last three ladyfingers. With the help of royal ice, proceed by assembling the house.
6. Add the two roof parts and unite them with two other ladyfingers. Decorate the house with the rest of the powdered sugar.
