Jam stuffed bread: the fantastic recipe for a delicate and fluffy bread!

Soft and fluffy like a cloud!

INGREDIENTS
300ml (1 1/3 cup) water
200ml (1 cup) milk
1 tbsp vinegar
15g fresh yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1kg (8 cups) flour
50 g apricot jam
1 egg yolk
Melted butter
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together warm water, milk, sugar and yeast. Add flour, vinegar and salt. Mix everything well and let it rest for 1 hour and 30 min.
  2. Roll out the dough and spread it with an apricot jam. Wrap the dough and cut it into 10-12 slices.
  3. Transfer it to the pan and let it rest for 30 minutes. Spread with egg yolk.
  4. Bake at 180’C(356’F) for 45 minutes.
