Sweet bread: serve it with jam or hazelnut cream!

Here's the secret to make a perfect moist fluffy bread!
INGREDIENTS
200g (1 ⅔ cup) flour;
15g (1 ¼ tbsp) sugar;
3g salt;
3g dry yeast;
120ml (½ cup) milk;
30ml (2 tbsp) condensed milk;
15g (1 tbsp) butter.
METHOD
- Whisk flour with salt and sugar. Make a well in the center and combine yeast with warm milk in it.
- When the yeast activates add condensed milk. Knead the dough until smooth, add butter and continue kneading (around 10 minutes).
- Form the dough into a ball, cover and set aside for 40 minutes.
- Cut the dough in half, roll each half our into an oval and fold as shown on the video.
- Set aside for 40 minutes.
- Dust both loafs with flour and make slits on top.
- Bake at 190C/375F for 15 minutes.
