Sweet bread: serve it with jam or hazelnut cream!

Here's the secret to make a perfect moist fluffy bread! 
 
INGREDIENTS
 200g (1 ⅔ cup) flour;
 15g (1 ¼ tbsp) sugar;
 3g salt;
 3g dry yeast;
 120ml (½ cup) milk;
 30ml (2 tbsp) condensed milk;
 15g (1 tbsp) butter.
 
METHOD
  1.  Whisk flour with salt and sugar. Make a well in the center and combine yeast with warm milk in it.
  2.  When the yeast activates add condensed milk. Knead the dough until smooth, add butter and continue kneading (around 10 minutes).
  3.  Form the dough into a ball, cover and set aside for 40 minutes.
  4.  Cut the dough in half, roll each half our into an oval and fold as shown on the video.
  5.  Set aside for 40 minutes.
  6.  Dust both loafs with flour and make slits on top.
  7.  Bake at 190C/375F for 15 minutes.
