Jam sunflower: a sweet treat to enjoy with your kids!

Easy and tasty, we love this recipe!

INGREDIENTS
Flour – 320 g
Eggs – 2 pcs
Butter – 160 g
Powdered sugar – 60 g
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Pinch of salt
Vanilla –3 g
Milk – 2 Tbsp
Strawberry jam – 300 g
Hazelnut grains

METHOD
  1. In a bowl put the flour, salt, powdered sugar, vanilla, baking powder and mix. Add butter, whisked eggs and milk. Mix it and then leave it for 20 minutes.
  2. Spread the dough and make a circle. Put the smaller plate in the middle and cut into many strings.
  3. Make the sunflower petals of it and put the strawberry jam in the middle. Add a little of hazelnut grains and put the egg wash.
  4. Bake on 180C for 30-35 minutes. Serve.
