Jam sunflower: a sweet treat to enjoy with your kids!

Easy and tasty, we love this recipe!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
Flour – 320 g
Eggs – 2 pcs
Butter – 160 g
Powdered sugar – 60 g
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Pinch of salt
Vanilla –3 g
Milk – 2 Tbsp
Strawberry jam – 300 g
Hazelnut grains
METHOD
- In a bowl put the flour, salt, powdered sugar, vanilla, baking powder and mix. Add butter, whisked eggs and milk. Mix it and then leave it for 20 minutes.
- Spread the dough and make a circle. Put the smaller plate in the middle and cut into many strings.
- Make the sunflower petals of it and put the strawberry jam in the middle. Add a little of hazelnut grains and put the egg wash.
- Bake on 180C for 30-35 minutes. Serve.
