Fluffy brioche: serve it with jam and enjoy it!

Super fluffy, the secret is here:
INGREDIENTS
470g (2 1/2 cups) of strong white flour (bread flour)
INGREDIENTS

10g (2 tsp) salt
40g (3 tbsp) of sugar
7g of dried fast action yeast
4 large eggs
100ml (1/3 cup + 2 tbsp) of milk
175g (3/4 cup) softened butter
1 egg for the egg wash
Jam
METHOD
- In a bowl add the flour, sugar, salt, yeast, and mix. Add the eggs, milk and combine them all together to create the dough. Add the butter and mix to create the smooth dough.
- Grease another bowl with the butter and add the dough. Cover with foil and let it rest for 2 hours, or until it's doubled.
- Roll out the dough and divide it into 7 equal pieces. Gently make the balls and add them to the pre-greased baking pan. Cover with foil and let it rest for about 60 minutes.
- Brush with egg and bake for 35 minutes at 284°F/140°C.
