Baked sweet buns: kids will love them!

INGREDIENTS
1 egg
12g (1 tbsp) vanilla sugar
5g (1 tsp) of salt
80g (0.4 cup) of sugar
160ml mixture of melted butter (80ml) and vegetable oil (80 ml)
160ml (0.65 cup) of milk
10g (1 tbsp) of dry yeast
400g (3.2 cups) white wheat flour (00)
200g (0.6 cup) of apricot jam
50g (0.7 cup) of coconut flakes
METHOD
- Pour warm milk into a bowl, then add yeast, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs and salt, combine all ingredients. Add most of the combination of oil and butter to the mixture and stir, then add the flour.
- Knead a fine dough. Cover the dough and leave in a warm place for an hour.
- Roll out the dough, divide it into parts, knead the balls, then flatten the balls and arrange them in a baking tray, then fill the depression in the middle with a cup dipped in flour. Cover a pan full of donuts with a cloth, then coat with a combination of oil and butter and bake at 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
- After baking, coat the donuts with a mixture of oil and butter, put apricot jam in the hollows of the donuts and sprinkle with coconut.
