Sweet Baguettes:the softest sweet version everyone will love

INGREDIENTS
Dough:
350ml (1 2/5 cups) warm milk
4g (1 tsp) salt
25g (2 tbsp) sugar
7g (2 tsp) dry yeast
50g (3 1/2 tbsp) butter
700g (5 3/5 cups) flour
Cooking water:
Water
25g (2 tbsp) sugar
METHOD
- For the dough: In a bowl pour the warm milk. Add salt, sugar and fresh yeast. Mix it and add melted butter and flour. Knead the dough and leave it for 90 minutes.
- Divide the dough into balls. Spread each ball and make a bun.
- In a pot pour the water and add sugar. Let it boil and then add buns. Cook them a little and place them in a pan and make cuts on top. Sprinkle with some flour. Bake them at 200C for 20-25 minutes. Serve.
