Sweet Baguettes:the softest sweet version everyone will love

INGREDIENTS

Dough:

350ml (1 2/5 cups) warm milk

4g (1 tsp) salt

25g (2 tbsp) sugar

7g (2 tsp) dry yeast

50g (3 1/2 tbsp) butter

700g (5 3/5 cups) flour

Cooking water:

Water

25g (2 tbsp) sugar

METHOD

For the dough: In a bowl pour the warm milk. Add salt, sugar and fresh yeast. Mix it and add melted butter and flour. Knead the dough and leave it for 90 minutes.
Divide the dough into balls. Spread each ball and make a bun.
In a pot pour the water and add sugar. Let it boil and then add buns. Cook them a little and place them in a pan and make cuts on top. Sprinkle with some flour. Bake them at 200C for 20-25 minutes. Serve.
