Coconut macarons: everyone will love these desserts!

A sweet treat ready in no-time!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
2 egg whites;
65g (⅓ cup) sugar;
1 tsp vanilla powder;
a pinch of salt;
140g (2 cups) shredded coconut;
100g (1 cup) dark chocolate.
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Cover the baking sheet with parchment.
- Using a hand mixer beat egg whites with sugar, salt and vanilla until stiff meringue forms.
- Fold coconut into the egg white mixture.
- Scoop coconut mixture with an ice-cream scooper and place on a prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes and leave to cool down.
- Decorate with melted chocolate.
