Coconut hearts: a fresh and easy dessert everyone will love!

INGREDIENTS
170g of Greek yogurt (you can use the flavor you prefer as long as it is firm)
20g of grated coconut
120g of dark chocolate
METHOD
1. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave.
2. Pour the chocolate into the silicone molds and distribute evenly, then place in the fridge and let it harden.
3. In a container combine yogurt and rapé coconut, this will be the filling.
4. Pour the filling into the chocolate molds and cover the surface with more melted chocolate.
5. Place in the freezer for about an hour.
6. Remove from the molds and enjoy the fresh coconut heart for a snack!
ADVICE
1. To make the chocolate smoother, you can add a teaspoon of coconut oil.
2. If you want to make the filling sweet you can add honey or use a coconut or vanilla Greek yogurt.
