INGREDIENTS
6 wurstels;
6 eggs
Salt and vegetable oil.
METHOD
  1. Slice 3 sausages in half, leaving them intact at the very top.
  2. Form a heart, securing both ends with a toothpick. Cook, cracking an egg in the middle of each heat until the egg has set.
  3. Slice 3 wurstels crosswise, leaving pieces intact at the very top. Secure both ends of each wurstel with a toothpick.
  4. Cook, cracking a whole egg in the middle until it has set.
