Sweet potato and bacon slice

INGRIDIENTS:
1 medium shredded sweet potato
1 medium shredded zucchini
1 thinly sliced onion
4 beaten eggs
4 bacon slices (chopped)
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup grated cheese
1 tbs minced garlic
1 tbs fresh chives (chopped)
Freshly ground pepper to taste

METHOD
1. Grate zucchini, sweet potato and cheese.
2. In one bowl mix vegetables, cheese and bacon.
3. Add beaten eggs, chives, garlic and pepper to the mixture.
4. Gradually add flour while stirring it.
5. Put the blend into silicone tray
6. Bake in pre-heated oven at 220 C for approximately 40 minutes.
