Potato and bacon bombs

Ingredients:
4 cooked and mashed patatoes
4 tbsp butter (melted)
1tbsp parsley (chopped)
2 tbsp parmesan
2 jalapeno peppers (chopped)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
9 cubes of cheddar cheese
9 strings of bacon
 

Directions:
In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients except for the bacon and cheddar.
Mix it with wooden spoon till it is well combined.
Take one spoon of potato mixture, flat it out on the palm of your hand and put one cube of cheddar in the middle.
Make a bowl around the cheese and wrap it with bacon.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
