Bacon dome: perfect for potatoes and cheese lovers!

INGREDIENTS
12 slices bacon
4 potatoes
1 cup heavy cream
Salt
Pepper
9 slices cheddar
Green onion

METHOD
Put bacon slices between 2 baking paper sheets, form a grid and roll using rolling pin.
Transfer bacon into battered bowl.
Slice potatoes, mix it with salt, pepper and heavy cream.
Fill the bowl with cheese slices and sliced potatoes.
Cover with baking paper and small baking form, fill baking form with baking beans.
Bake at 180°C/350°F for 90 minutes.
Sprinkle with green onion.
