Onion bacon bombs: the succulent recipe to try now!

They are perfect for game day! The whole family will love the result!

INGREDIENTS
16 slices bacon;
4 medium white onions;
500 g (1 pound) minced meat;
1 egg;
2 tbsp parsley, chopped;
Garlic, minced;
BBQ sauce for coating.
METHOD
  1. Combine minced meat with salt, pepper, egg, parsley and minced garlic.
  2. Cut each onion on both ends, then slice in half and remove the top layer.
  3. Fill each onion half with minced meat, then press them together and wrap with 4 bacon strips. Secure bacon with toothpicks.
  4. Bake at 200C/400F for 40 minutes, then brush with sauce and cook for 5 minutes more.
