Onion bacon bombs: the succulent recipe to try now!

They are perfect for game day! The whole family will love the result!
INGREDIENTS

16 slices bacon;
4 medium white onions;
500 g (1 pound) minced meat;
1 egg;
2 tbsp parsley, chopped;
Garlic, minced;
BBQ sauce for coating.

2 tbsp parsley, chopped;

BBQ sauce for coating.
METHOD
- Combine minced meat with salt, pepper, egg, parsley and minced garlic.
- Cut each onion on both ends, then slice in half and remove the top layer.
- Fill each onion half with minced meat, then press them together and wrap with 4 bacon strips. Secure bacon with toothpicks.
- Bake at 200C/400F for 40 minutes, then brush with sauce and cook for 5 minutes more.
