Mini meatloaf: the delicious recipe to try now!

Easy and tasty, they are perfect for a delicious dinner! 
 
INGREDIENTS
300g minced meat
40g (3 pieces) bread
100ml (1/2 cup) milk
40g onion
2g (1 tsp) coriander
Garlic
10g (2 1/2 tbsp) parsley
2 eggs
6g (1 tsp) salt
Pepper
200g bacon
Cheese

METHOD
  1. In a small bowl add the bread and pour the milk on top. Chop the bread with a fork to soak the milk.
  2. In another bowl add the meat, eggs, bread with milk, onion, garlic, parsley, coriander, salt, pepper and mix well with the hands.
  3. Create the small balls with your hands, add a small piece of cheese inside and roll them into the slice of the bacon.
  4. Transfer the meatloaves into the glass baking tray and bake at 356°F/180°C for 30 minutes.
