Bell pepper stuffed meatloaf: make something really special with just a few ingredients

Ground beef and bell peppers with a delicious cheesy center. Much better than a traditional meatloaf.
This is a must-try recipe!

INGREDIENTS
500g ground beef
salt
pepper
2 eggs
50g Parmesan cheese
bread crumb soaked in some water
parsley

400g bell peppers
mozzarella, as needed
breadcrumbs, as needed

DIRECTIONS
Combine the meat, eggs, and seasoning, mix them together very well. Butter a bread pan, and pour in the meat mixture. Make a groove in the center of the mixture by using a spoon. Fill with bell peppers and mozzarella. We cooked our bell peppers, with some oil, salt, and a few olives, in a pan for about 10 minutes. Cover with the remaining mixture and bake at 190°C for about 40 minutes.
